Here is the latest on the building project as of our PROGRESS MEETING OF 09/27/2026 -
THE PROJECT IS MOVING ALONG WELL.
These items are at the top of the "To Be Completed" list:
-ORDER FLOOR TRENCH DRAINS
-MASONRY BLOCK -(submittals/work)
-FRAMING CARPENTRY- Submittals and work)
-ROOFING SYSTEM (TO WATERTIGHT THE BUILDING)
-WINDOWS, RFP DOORS TO BE RELEASED AND BEGIN FABRICATION
-REAR OF BUILDING FRAMING AND CARPENTRY WORK
-BOILER RM CONSTRUCTION
-ELECTRICAL RM CONSTRUCTION
-BATHROOM AND KITCHEN WORK CARPENTRY CONSTRUCTION WORK
-NYSEG TRANSFORMER DELIVERY AND MAIN SWITCHGEAR CONNECTION WORK
The need to keep the building in service as we work is challenging, but we are attacking the project on multiple fronts and making good progress.
